-Coordinates with contractors to make sure that construction is based on guidelines set.
-Works on Franchise Handbook.
-Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business or marketing courses.
-Highly motivated and capable in working under pressure.
-Excellent in oral and written communications.
-Computer savvy and has excellent presentation skills.
-With strong interpersonal skills.
-Willing to be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
-Willing to travel.
